Q: Sage 300 produces a “batch” PDF file of paystubs, meaning multiple employee paystubs are contained within the one PDF file. Will this work with InStaff?
A: Yes, when you upload a batch PDF file of paystubs, InStaff will read all stubs to determine which stubs belong to what employee, before automatically splitting them into individual PDF files and delivering the paystubs to the correct employee accounts.
Q: How does InStaff know where to split the paystubs and sort them to the correct employee?
A: In most cases, your InStaff portal will be configured to read a uniquely identifying field on each paystub to determine which stub belongs to who. In most cases, this field is Employee ID.
Q: Does InStaff recreate our paystub, or display paystubs as is?
A: InStaff does not reproduce or recreate your paystub. It will deliver paystubs as they are, as InStaff only splits your PDF batch file into the individual pay stubs before sending.
