How it works
- Process payroll like usual
- Save your Reynolds & Reynolds paystub files as PDF (requires Reynolds' Integrated Document Management module)
- Login to your InStaff portal and upload the PDF file containing multiple paystubs
- InStaff automatically reads, sorts and splits the file into their individual stubs, then delivers the stubs to the correct employee accounts
- Employees are notified of a new paystub available and can login at anytime to view their complete pay statement history

Q: How do we save Reynolds & Reynolds paystubs as a PDF file?
A: As of 2020, it appears that Reynolds users will require the Reynolds & Reynolds Integrated Document Management module in order to save paystubs as a PDF file, if unable to find another workaround.
