- Login to your InStaff portal and upload the PDF file containing multiple paystubs
- InStaff automatically reads, sorts and splits the file into their individual stubs, then delivers the stubs to the correct employee accounts
- Employees are notified of a new paystub available and can login at anytime to view their complete pay statement history

Q: How does InStaff know which pay stub belongs to who?
A: Your InStaff portal is custom configured by our team to read your specific paystub format. In most cases, we will set it up to read a uniquely identifying field on each stub (usually Employee ID) to determine which stub belongs to who, before delivering them to the correct employee.
